My hen is sitting on 6 fertile eggs. I know that around 21 days is when they should hatch. But for a few it has been over that time period and for one, tomorrow will be 25 days. Is that a problem? What should I do ?

Those are probably no good but unless they leak or stink I don't pull them until after they are all done hatching.

I think I'd do a float test on any that are on day 22 or beyond.

I have candled all of them and I can see the outline of the babies and they're all moving. I will do a float test to see

If you can see the babies and they are moving, there is no need for a float test. Perhaps your calculations are off?

We marked her eggs as soon as we noticed because we checked everyday. I just did a float test and two sunk, why is that?

You are not checking for floating or sinking, you are checking for movement to see if they are alive (which you indicated you already know they are alive). Did you recandle them?

Yes as soon as I did it and there was some movement

Have you smelled them? I have had pulsating bacteria in eggs that look like a fetus moving.
