So before I found this forum, I googled everything. And when it came to how long do eggs stay edible, I read that they are safe to eat for months afterwards. Can someone elaborate on this??

Do they REQUIRE refrigeration? I’ve read that they can be left at room temp for weeks and be fine.

I collect everyday, but I’ve got 10-12 laying now, with a total of 19 hens so I accumulate dozens quickly. What do I need to do to keep them freshest and for how long?

I heard if they’re clean and you don’t wash them the protective bloom keeps them fresh longer. I’d just wash before use. The store bought eggs are several weeks old before they’re shipped to stores, so I’d say a month or two old isn’t too old.
