Eggs

Thank you Tuffoldhen!! I sure didn't know to store them big end up!! I am not very good at this! But I am trying to learn that is why I haven't started that bator yet!!

the hatchery by my house dont keep hens past 9 or 10 months old so they dont have to feed them during molt, all the eggs they hatch are Pullet eggs, you just get smaller chicks but they grow,i hatched some eggs that wernt much bigger than a walnut and got great chicks that really grew

Ok I have another question......this may sound stupid so just bare with me,lol! What do I do with the eggs that are not fertil after I take them out of the bator?? Throw them out or eat them?? I have never done this before so that is why I am asking. I am guessing that I need to throw them out........so someone set me straight!! Thanks!

Where do you think I would get a used, small, cheap incubator? I don't have one yet, and have never used one, what should I do? Any tips?

I have one I'll sell you. It's the little giant. I also have the auto turner for it. Ill take $50.00 + shipping.

Ive always been told to turn my waiting eggs daily. It did help my hatching rate.

How many eggs can it hold? I might be able to do that.
