Out of 15 that made it to lockdown, only 4 hatched. This was my first time incubating and I was using an LG still air, so definitely not ideal. I'm super happy we got 4!
Temp was around 102 (still air so that's fine) with one spike to 104. Humidity was about 35 until lockdown and then I brought it up to 60. The ones that hatched were born on days 19 and 20.
After being quite sure the rest were all dead, I opened most of them.
Only one was fully developed. I have no idea why that one died. There was another that was pretty well developed but I think it was deformed. It was too gross for me to look too closely. The rest all died when the fetuses were maybe an inch or so long, so I'm guessing that something happened that did away with most of them. All had a lot of yolk in them and they also had this brownish grayish nasty liquid.
Any ideas about what may have happened? Or what I should do differently next time?
