electrolyte question

i have a 6 week old sick sultan.i was giving her pedialyte but from reading some threads thought it would be better to give her the durvet vitamins and electrolytes and was wondering how much i should put into about a pint of water.

I read 1 tablespoon per gallon soooo 3/8 teaspoon per pint? Yeah that's right!
