Embroidery Anyone?

My Mom, bless her heart, sent me a new embroidery machine and it is really neat. The only thing I can't figure out is how to get designs from the computer to the machine (yes, it does have the USB cord for hook-up).

If anyone on here has a Sewing & Embroidery HE-240 and has downloaded designs from the internet, please let me know how you do it.

I'm not familiar with your sewing machine and program ... sorry.

I do not have the same one you do but mine does have pretty much the same set up. You just download the picture you decide on to your computer. Then open you my computer file select the correct drive that is your machine and drag and drop. Then on mine you can scroll between the different ones on my machine. I hope it helps. If not have you tried looking up the instructions online or calling the people who make it? I hope it helps some.

Holy Moly! Um... tell your Mom I need a new fancy embroidery machine too! I only have a small brother and it has a card that I can save onto so I can't help you there. But I do really enjoy mine. It is however, cantankerous at times. The larger machines are much easier.

Use stabilizer, even when you think you don't need it. Makes life so much easier.

I do most of mine by hand but I do have a really nice embroidery machine and I do love it....I don't have the one you have so I don't really know. I just plug mine into the USB port and all the screens pop up and I click and drag them over to my computer one....
