Emergancy!

Okay so tomorrow is hatch day but a few of my americauna eggs started pipping today and two hens keep fighting over a nest and they broke one of the eggs so it's dented and all bloody and cracked but the chick is still alive and peeping but I'm worried he won't be able to pip the shell! The mom hen was trying to help but not anymore what should I do?!

Hi,
How long has he been peeping? If he's been peeping for around 10-11 hours then get some tweezers and pick around the peep hole.

I think you should separate the hens as there could be alot more accidents like this.
