Female acting Normal does vibrate a lot

I hope the little one pulls through for you, that looks bad.
If you're able to bring her inside and keep her somewhere quiet, warm, and low lighting, that should help her get through any possible shock.

Odds are she'll be fine. I've had them pull through much worse. Put her somewhere warm (not hot) that's quiet and alone and safe. Give food and water and let her just be herself.
