EMERGENCY ABANDONED Rooster Downtown San Jose

Hello, there is a rooster that has been let loose by some neighbors at an apartment complex and has been roaming around day and night in the cold for almost a week now. It has clearly been abandoned as they also let loose their chickens and one ended up run over by a car just yesterday. I'm worried the rooster might end up the same way if he happens to go on the road. Please reach out ASAP if you would like the address. He's just been walking around the complex and seems pretty calm around people so I don't think it'll be a difficult catch, especially with some food since I don't think he's eaten well in days.
