EMERGENCY!! BABY LAMB PLEASE HELP!!

So I have about a two day old baby lamb he was a triplet! I got milk replacer and he was fine now one a clock in the am he is having yellow diahrea and is hacking up some kind of fluid!! Idk what to do!! Will pencilin help?! Please help!!

The yellow scouring is perhaps to be expected since he's been put onto a rather unnatural food. His system will take time to adjust. Yellow is a fairly normal color for a milk feeding lamb. The hacking up I'm not sure about. I've never seen one that age cough and never seen one of any age puke.

Is he an overenthusiastic feeder and possibly inhaling some liquids?

What does the stuff he hacks up look like?

Did he get colostrum?
