EMERGENCY Chicken is gasping for air

I have a chicken, she was just fine yesterday. When i went to the coop today she was laying on the ground gasping for air. I have no idea what this might be and all the other chickens are fine. She barely had enough energy to stand up. I force fed her water with sugar and normal water with a syringe but i have no idea what i can do here. If this has happened to anyone before, please help.

She likely has some debris in her airway, is she breathing other than the noise?
