Emergency coop heat for Chick n Hutch- ideas needed

So I just put insulation over the whole top of the Hutch and small run, wrapped the whole thing in tarp, put a sheet of plywood over the open end, cleaned out the droppings tray and put hand warmers in it and put the thermometer in the hutch. It is supposed to be 30 tonight. We shall see...
