We gave my broody hen 2 chicks last night. One was killed and the other is nearing death. Half of its head is all blood and doesn't look good at all. It's pretty much a big hole. Is there anything I can do. For now we put it back in the incubator by itself to keep it warm. In the condition she's in, I don't think she'll live till tonight.

Newly hatched are a bit fragile but chickens in general are tough.
Clean the wound with betadine (an organic iodine). Pack it with Campho-Phenique and or a triple antibiotic like Neosporin or equate.
Make sure the chick drinks, preferably some water with vitamins/electrolytes or gro-gel and some agave nectar/honey/sugar for energy.
You need to dip the beak.

I don't have any special medicines. Is there something else I could clean it with? Also, the chick won't get up.

Any drug store will have those things.
You could flush it with salt water.
If it can't stand it may be too late but still worth a try.
The Walgreens by my house gives me syringes that I can give chicks things like water and yogurt down their throats.
