Emergency Muscovy duckling Throat exposed?(NSFW)

Please dont know if this is its throat or what i just came out this morning to check on them and the littlest one looked that theres nothing harmful sleeping with them so i fear this one my have snuck out somehow even though i can't find out how

Is the skin cut open too? And comes this out of your duck?
Or is it an external branch piercing in your duck?

its looks to be fleshy the top of the head has alittle dried blood but i really dont have the situation for a vet visit i am in school for vet so if theres anything minor i can do that will have to work if not im not financially able to save this duck unfortunately
