My blues swedish started laying in December. She's laid for maybe a week each time which has been a total of 3 times now on her 4th "clutch" (I put it in parentheses cuz I'm not sure if it's considered a clutch when most of the time she lays four to six eggs in a week other times only 3 to 4 eggs and now this time it's been 6 days and she's only two) Her laying is not only very inconsistent but even when she's laying it's 1 egg a day for maybe 2 days then 1 to 3 days of no laying and then what seems random to me she'll lay another egg. But in-between no laying she's pants like she's in distress, maybe even egg bound. She's stops panting for maybe a couple hours here and there and then will randomly start acting distressed again and begin panting sometimes the panting is like she is in the video I will try to attach other times she's standing up stretched out panting so hard she's drooling and I'm terrified she's about to die. She didn't struggle laying any eggs all the other times that she laid but still panted and acted Egg in bound but this time her last two eggs she struggled to get them out tummy tucked in, chest puffed out standing almost erect while tail pumping and practically running around like running away from the egg that's seemingly stuck inside her I had to put my hand under her and just rub to get it out both these last 2 eggs she's laid. I didn't need to rub very hard of course and they just came out fairly easily but definitely looked stuck and she looked in pain and distressed in the process. Unfortunately after laying you would think the panting would stop along with any other egg bound symptoms but sometimes she would go straight back to panting and appearing egg bound still but then again would stop for a few hours and then start up again. She has access to oyster shell and I do see her eat it in fact the last time she laid the night before she ate a ton of oyster shell. Eggs look and fel normal this is my first duck I have a total of four she's got my indoor duck she used to be outside but hard like normal at least what I think is the others won't stop picking on her so for 8iiii8ū now she's pretty much inside most of the time h for when I'm outside and she comes out and forages in the yard well I work in the yard or I just take her outside to let her bathe almost daily as I just relax and watch her or is your bathe. I'm not sure what to do but I'm afraid one of these tomes it's just going to kill her especially when it gets to the extreme times nd I'm trying to clean tears just not sure what to do for her. Please any advice would help again I'm going to try to attach the video I took of her in she last late 3 days ago to show it's fully hard and normal looking at least what I think is normal.
