Emergency! Turkey can’t hold head up- panting!

I posted a couple days ago abt my toms neck offset, i dont think he has eaten much last couple days. Seemed ok. No respiratory issues other than panting bc it 100 outside. Feathers seen ok. I’ve been treating his feet, but other than that seemed ok. Today I came out and he was not in usual place, can’t puck up head, panting. I gave him wormer and made a food mash v vitamins and electrolytes and some water. Just a few mL. Vet can’t see him till tomorrow am. Can I still lift his head to feed him and give water?
