1) I don’t know what kind of bird she is. She’s about 13-15 weeks, she doesn’t seem lighter in weight.
2) she seems fine, she just has one leg propped up and she doesn’t move it at all.
3) I only noticed it today.
4) Are other birds exhibiting the same symptoms? No
5) no bleeding, doesn’t look like any thing is wrong with her leg or foot. The only thing I noticed (which I’ll post a picture) is a green spot on upper thigh under her feathers.
6) I have no clue what happened.
7) bird is eating normal
8) I just noticed it so haven’t seen her poop yet.
9) the only thing I have done is examine her leg.
10 ) I would want to treat completely myself.
11) chicken coop

My question is what is this? Because her foot other than her keeping it up looks fine. Just need to know what could it be.

I assume it's a chicken, you just don't know what kind?
I believe the green you are seeing is a bruise.
There's not much you can do for her other than put some witch hazel on a cotton ball or other cloth pad and gently apply it as a compress. IME witch hazel is soothing and as far as I know is harmless to chickens.
It will heal with time unless there's an injury to the underlying bone. What part of the body is injured, is that a leg?

ETA sorry, I see you say it's her upper thigh.

Could a dog have gotten hold of her? Could anything have bumped her hard like a car or a kid on a bike? Could anyone have kicked her?

lol yes she is a chicken. That’s what I thought that could be is a bruise. I will try that. Thank you I don’t think there is any injury she just doesn’t move it even when she was trying to move. The other leg works fine she just hobbles around. Also how long would you say to keep the witch hazel on her
Thigh? It’s under the feathers right above where the feathers start right before her leg.
