I have two chicks I've just hatched in an incubator they hatched on their own but have this white bloody mass hanging out of them? Help!?

Do they both have this "white bloody mass"? It sounds to me like they either haven't completely absorbed the yolk sack, or have a problem with their intestines being out of their body. In the case of the yolk sack, leave them in the incubator and it should reabsorb within 24 hours. But if the intestines are out of the body, it might be best to cull them. A photo would give me a better idea of what you're talking about.

Can you post a pic of it? It is normal to sometimes find whitish egg "gunk" in the shell or still attached to a newly hatched chick. I suspect that is what you are seeing, but I pic would help.
