I'm preemptively suffering empty nest syndrome, as all of my chickies are moving out this weekend. Of course, it's only from my house to the barn. Tomorrow we empty, clean, patch and disinfect stall #1 in the barn, set up new heat lamps and move them outside. The landlady's been patient but I don't want to push my luck!!!
Today the 99 chicks are 9 days old. The two layers are 1 month 1 week and the scovies are at least that old. Time to move on.
