emu compatible egg turner?

I read that emu eggs need to be incubated sideways and turned 360 but the emu egg sized turning trays are only in the standard configuration and dont do 360. Because of this most places say to hand turn but i know this is something where will lack consistency. So i was wondering if a gas station hot dog roller style turner would work just as well or better than hand turning.

Clearly to small for very many eggs if any but my point is theses style rotaters are available in all sizes but just not in normal or known brands.

well i don't know for sure but i do mine 180°, also, somebody told me the other day that he had turned on these from a quail egg to an ostrich egg without any problems, i also think some of them are adjustable, i never have tried them myself though i wouldn't trust them with something bigger than a geese egg, i also haven't notice any known brands manufacturing them so i suppose there all low quality chinese products, who knows? maybe purchase just one and test it out
