Then I have my barn pen where i put my yearlings this winter so they would not freeze! It's basically one big L outside part and inside! This is where I'll put the new chicks I'm getting when there old enough and by then the outside part will be much bigger! Believe me when I tell everyone who is thinking of getting emus make sure to have EVERYTHING ready and done TRUST me I did not! I researched for years of what I would need to raise emus and an opportunity arise where I could get any checks and I took it and we figured come spring we would have everything ready but we ran into money troubles so we had to improvise and it was horrible but that's the whole live and learn I guess lol
