End of hatching season for Chukar Partridge?

I want to raise some Chukars, but will not be able to do it before the end of August this year.

When is the end of hatching season?

Meaning what month of the year Chukar's egg supply dwindles down?

Some operations that raise chukar have eggs year round. I would call first and see what they offer.
