Eprinex good for poultry lice??

I was advised to used Eprinex as a wide spectrum de wormer and some external parasites. I was under the impression that it was good for poultry lice. However I am still having poultry lice. Any one have more experience than I?? Maybe my timing for de worming did not
coincide with the lice eggs hatching. How long does eprinex stay in the birds system system? Thanks in advance for replies. Lisa

The best way to get rid of lice is to get a permetherin spray and spray them once a week for 3-4 weeks.

Hi thanks, we have lots of wild birds around, but my girls are covered in the run. How in the world do lice get to the birds?

They will just drop off and find their way to the next warm body.
