I would love to see your equipment set up for butchering poultry. I am getting ready to order all my stuff this week and would like some ideas. Our setup will be more permanent under a roof, but open air. If you do more than 150 a year that would be a plus! Thank You
 
Hey @Fordfunnyfarm! I don't have a picture of my set up right now and i'm using it as maple syrup boiling headquarters at the moment. I'll try and get a decent picture of the area tomorrow though. I'll have to explain it and draw it out I think though. Because it's a mess and hard to see how the poultry system works. But, like I said in a different thread the other day, I have been raising 250 broilers per year and doing 600 this season.
