ESA and new town ordinance

My small town has never had a livestock or poultry ordinance. In the last year several more people in town decided to raise poultry due to the current world situation. Now the town is implementing a livestock ordinance without a grandfather clause. (They are not legally required to provide a grandfather clause in my state) My husband is epileptic and our poultry calm him down when his anxiety rises which causes seizures. How can I get my at least a couple of them registered? They would not leave my property to go anywhere with him. They stay home. Thanks

Poultry are not 'registered' service animals.

Ya they can't be registered "service" animals but you can register them as emotional support animals.
Search online there's plenty of places that would register a coconut for a fee. A chicken should be a breeze.
