Everyone sneezing

My mixed flock of Jersey Giant chicks and Pearl Guineas keets are all sneezing. Everyone seems to be eating and drinking and active and I think poop looks normal, but with so many and how they run through it, I'm not sure I would know if it wasn't. They are coming up on five weeks in a few days. This is my first flock, so l don't have any medications on hand. I don't see any visible discharge around their noses, but I feel the wet if they sneeze on me. I don't notice that they sneeze more or less during their outside time than they do in their pen, but I could be wrong. Is there anything I can or should be doing for my babies? I already lost one keet to eating a strip of plastic and I'm desperate not to lose any more.

Get some chicken VetRx and treat them by dropping a little in their water and rubbing it on their beaks

Welcome To BYC

They are eating/drinking/active.

How are they housed? How is the ventilation?

You mention they are all 5 weeks of age, but have "outside time" but are also in a pen? What's that like - photos of housing?

How often are they sneezing? Dry dusty feed, dry dusty bedding, dirt, ammonia...all these can cause sneezing.

Doesn't sound like they need any type of treatment unless you notice visible symptoms of respiratory illness like mucous, bubbles in the eyes, coughing, facial swelling, etc.

They are on Purina Game Bird Starter crumble, and the food definitely creates dust. Their pen is in my guest room. It's a 68" square play yard and eleven birds. There's cardboard most of the way up three walls to try to keep them warmer when they were little. The top is the same material as a laundry bag. I never feel like it's stuffy when I sit under the top with them. I could remove more cardboard if that will help with ventilation. The floor is tarp with covered with potty pads and wood shavings on top. I remove and replace the pads and shavings every other day
The outside area is a pop up canopy with all mesh sides. They only spend 2-4 hours outside usually because the heat and humidity is so insane in North Texas right now that I get worried when I see them panting and I'm trying to acclimate them over the next few weeks before we finish the coop.
