Never had a problem, but I found that my polish were in hiding most of the day. Turns out that the rooster and his closer "gang" of hens are attacking a polish as a mob, and pecking at her. It's like a lynching. Didn't happen before. Why now?

I'm not sure why now, but Polish with their crests and reduced vision are frequently the target of non crested birds. Once started such behavior rarely goes away in my experience. Separation is always a viable solution.

Can you give your Polish a little haircut? My Silkie is not getting picked on, but sometimes she runs into things, so I'm going to cut her bangs this weekend.

Jasmine, LOL, silkies are funny. I had to trim one last year because I realized she couldn't find the feed!

They all get haircuts, but I do notice that one of them is more ditzy than the rest, always last to react to things. Maybe I should trim more. It's worth a try.
