Excessive loss of feathers?

I have three pullets about 5-6 weeks old and I've noticed that in the last three days my oldest girl is loosing a lot of feathers. They are still inside because of the heat (its 110) and they are confined to a kiddie pool. Am I doing something seriously wrong? I'm a new pullet mama btw.

Its a little early, but it could be juvenile molt! I had one who lost a whole pillowfull during juvie molt once!
