Excessive scratching/itching

My six day old silkies are very active and eating but one keeps scratching by his wings and chirping. He is the only one thats does this. Should i be worried?!

I have a cochin that just recovered from this odd behavior. Started scratching all over the place and chirping really loudly. Then it just stopped. Weird.

I thought that I had read that growing feathers is a very itchy business.

I was just makin sure they dont have like an itchy disease or somethin like that
