Condensation isn't a bad thing. As a matter of fact I'd prefer the moisture be pulled to the windows, myself.

Mu min max thermometer says that the indoor humidity is 44%. So the air I am pump in to the coop if I reconnect the hose will be at 44% humidity.

The relative humidity of the air from your house will be higher than 44% when it is in the cold coop. The percentage measures how much moisture is in the air, as a percentage of the carrying capacity of air at a given temperature. Warm air can carry more water than cold air.
