External Parasite Management

I am trying to keep my birds as natural as possible. I use DE in the coop and have been giving them wood ash lately but I saw some little tiny critter crawling on one of my young birds. Not sure if things I am doing are not working or if he is just not getting a turn to dust bathe. Any other suggestions or do I need to just get after them all with some sevin dust and do I need to toss eggs after sevin dust?

There are poultry sprays also, and I use Garden and Poultry dust that works great.. You can dust with sevin and no withdrawal period because it is not ingested and cannot get into the eggs.
