Do we need to keep giving extra calcium during winter months if the girls are not laying?

Their game feed has 2.5% calcium. I've been giving the girls a separate bowl of oyster shell to ensure they don't produce soft eggs. Should I stop giving the extra calcium whilst they take their winter break? I'm assuming yes, but wanted to double check. Should I move the hens onto grower feed with hemp during the winter?

The boys don't get the layer feed. They are still on grower feed with a little hemp which has higher protein and less calcium. I can't say for sure the boys don't occassionally eat the girls food but I've never seen the boys at the oyster dish.
Currently no signs of gout in the boys. And the girls lay good sized eggs on their current feed.
