I have 1 ISA Brown that came with the 10 I ordered she hatched on Sept 30. She is extremely smaller than the rest of the babies. She sleeps more than anything and I literally have to put her in the palm of my hand so she can drink and eat without being pushed off to the side by the others. Is there anything I can do to help her I gave her some egg yolk and she loved it. But I was thinking about putting her separate so until she gets bigger but would that be stress on her. Am I being overly worried. I just love her so much and I want her to grow up and be strong.

Magic water is a nice immune booster, it may help...the recipe:

One gallon of water 2 cloves of garlic 1/2 cup of honey 2 tbsp of apple cider vinegar

She might have some kind of problem that's causing it, or she might be small and always be that way.

She might have just been a bit slow to start eating, and that left her a bit weaker, and then she couldn't get enough food the next day, and so on. If that's the case, then separating her so she can eat in peace should fix the problem fairly quickly (a week or maybe two).

To separate her: I would suggest taking a piece of hardware cloth or chicken wire to divide the brooder, so she can see and hear the others. You might also want to put one other chick in her space, so she's not completely alone (you'd have to watch and see whether one chick was still pushing her away from the food, or was doing fine.)
