Extra Toe, Feathery Feet, Small Head....What am I????

I got thissweet little chick out of a bin at Orschlen's with two other chicks. The others appear to be Bantam Cochins but this little girl looks different. She is also very stupid (I say that lovingly, because it is endearing how dumb she is). Her comb development has been much slower than the other chicks, she has a fifth toe and she is smaller (including her tiny head). Her eyes and beak look different too. Check her out and tell me what you think. Maybe she is a "mut"?

I would say a white sultan cross like maybe one of the chick grand parents were white sultans
