Extra toes

One of my pullets has 6 toes on one foot, She doesn't seem worried about it. has anyone came across this before, what could cause this sort of disfigurement in a chicken?
 
It is a genetic anomaly known as Duplicate Polydactyly. It is caused by a single dominant gene; "Po".
