Extreme Loss of Feathers at Young Age

Hello, BYC community-
My barred rocks are about 3 months old, not fully grown yet. But every now and then, I see feathers that are falling off. I did some research on it and it said that the chick is probably stressed out, but I am not too sure. It might be natural, can anyone help?
