I got six chicks last Saturday and all of them are bright and healthy, other than one chick who gets pecked in the eye by the others constantly. The fluff around her eye is wet along with a spot on her back. The pecking started yesterday and when I went out to check on them this morning she had a little bit of bedding stuck to her eye which we got off. Is there a way to stop the pecking? Also I'm afraid she's developing or will develop an infection in her eye that I won't know how to treat

Pecking at the eyes can cause small wounds and introduce bacterial to the eye which can become infected, so your concern is warranted.
Gently flush her eye with saline to wash it out. Since you are noticing discharge (wet around the eye) watch it for signs of pus, if you see any clear that away. You can also apply Vetericyn eye gel or Terramycin eye ointment to the eye if you feel that it's infected.

Here's some great tips on aggressive baby chicks:

Ok thank you. And thanks for the link I'll check it out. Not sure my parents will get medicine for her though. They never do even though I've lost plenty of animals because of that
