Hello everyone.
4 days ago I had received nine new hens from an elderly lady whose husband is getting Alzheimer's and cannot take care of them.
This one's eye was getting a whitish discharge so I separated and isolated her. Since then it's been watering non-stop and crusting.. there are no vets that will take any sort of poultry where I live so I have to do this all from home.. What do I do??? Please help.

Welcome To BYC

I'd keep all the newbies housed separately from existing flock(s) for an observation period.

For this one, it may be respiratory disease, I see some bubbles in the eyes, but it could also be due to other things if their keeper's health is failing and the hens weren't getting as much care as they once did.

I'd flush her eye with saline, remove any pus/debris from the eye(s), then put Terramycin eye ointment in the eye. Clean/flush/use ointment at least 2X a day. See if this clears it up.

While you are caring for her, see if she has any lice/mites and make note of any other symptoms you see from her or the others.
