Eye issue, lethargic, won’t eat

I got 3 ducklings from Rural King Thursday and one of them is acting very lethargic, won’t eat, and we pretty much have to force him to drink. Friday morning I noticed one of his eyes wouldn’t open so I rinsed it with a warm rag and gave him fresh water but I had to go to work. Come back and now both eyes are closed and he won’t eat and I still have to force him to drink anything. Anyone know what this could be?
