Have you lost any birds recently or have you ever had any birds with respiratory symptoms?

How long after you got her did she start showing symptoms?

Looks like it may be conjunctivitis. Not sure of the cause, could be respiratory disease.
Flush the eye with saline and apply an eye ointment to the eye 2-3 times a day.

Thank you! She had it when I got her. No other issues with her or other chickens.

Oh! I misread...sorry.

If she had it when you got her, then still could be an indication of respiratory illness. A sunken eye like that is sometimes seen in birds that have MG.

It's possible it could be from injury or getting something in the eye. I would still treat the same as I suggested in my previous post. 👇👇👇
