Eye Problem

We just got 26 cornish cross chickens. They are two days old and I noticed this one’s eye looks wet and it looks like something is wrong with it. Can anyone help me? I have not seen anything else.

Can you pick her up and get a closer look? I would irrigate with saline and then put Neosporin on it. Are there any other symptoms?

I did pick her up and couldn’t tell what it was. There are no other symptoms as far as I know.

Ok, then I would clean it and put Neosporin on it, if other chicks are bothering it, then you may need to seperate her from them via some mesh so she's not lonely. Make sure she's eating and drinking.
