White blood cells are a good sign, could even be the kerato achanthoma mentioned earlier. I hope the antibiotics help.

Yes, possibly....he was very honest with me and said he did not know for sure....but that the fluid sample was full of infection. And, like you said antibiotics would help either way, so that's what we are doing. They are actually bigger this morning, but she has only taken 3 doses of antibiotics so far and she is on them for 2 weeks. I am hoping by next week they start to go down
