Eyes and butt crusted shut

I have a silki hen she's just over a year old when I went to check on them I saw both her eyes and butt we crusted shut I whiped her eyes off and her butt off the best I could but what can I do to get the rest of it? And what could it be? Anything would be helpful thank you.

Well diarrhea on the but. You can get a warm bucket if water and put her in it to dial off her butt, surprisingly they are very relaxed in warm water. But most likely it's cold where you live so she has to be completely dry before you put her back outside. For the eyes, she soynds like she has a cold... Her immune system is down at the moment. I would try electrolytes which you can usually buy st your local pet store...
