Eye issues are common with respiratory infections, but if she has no other symptoms I would just treat her for an eye infection. Looks like she still has a little bit of gunk at the edge of her eye which I would try to flush out with saline/eye wash or gently pull out. Apply a dab of terramycin ointment to her eyes a couple times a day for a few days and see if she improves.

Is she new to you or have your added any other birds to your flock recently?

Where are you located in the world?

Check her for lice and mites. Any bugs in her ears?

Crusting of both eyes would generally point to respiratory disease, but it could be an irritant to a dusty envrionment or to ammonia due to poor coop ventilation.
Flushing the eyes with saline twice a day and applying an ophthalmologic ointment in the eyes would be general care. If she develops other symptoms, then you can try treating with an antibiotic like Tylan or a Tetracycline.

No new birds she been there for a year I live in Maryland I recently added a lot of straw to keep them warm not sure if tht play a huge part maybe dusty

Could be from dusty straw, especially if you have the coop closed up.
The last straw I got, oh my goodness it was really dusty. Sometimes you get nice straw, sometimes you don't.
I'd continue to clean and flush her eyes out removing the gunk 1-2X a day. Apply ointment as needed and monitor for other symptoms like facial swelling, mucous, coughing, sneezing, etc. If she gets worse, then treating with an antibiotic may be necessary. Do make sure there's good ventilation in the coop, even in winter.
