Eyes are goopy!

A baby chick hatched a day or two ago and the chick has one eye that is super goopy but the other one opens normally. Does anyone have any clue as to what it or how to treat it? Thanks

I'm not that sure. I would just leave it alone and see if it fixes itself. @Eggcessive is good with chicks. What do you think eggcessive?

You can clean it off with a moist clean cloth or use some saline, and dry the eye. Was anything stuck to it’s eye when it hatched?

I would wipe it with a warm cloth. Keep it clean.
