eyes not dialating

I have two hens who's eyes do not dialate. They stay a small pinpoint all of the time. They seem to see fine. One I got at about 6 months old and hers were like that when we got her. My other one was normal up until she was about 9 months old and them at some point became pinpoints. I was curious if this is noteworthy?

Sorry , if it is , it would point to a nervous system malfunction ( brain part of nervous system in this case). parasites that involve themselves in the brain area could be responsible. Best advice, if all else seems normal, I would stop shining lights in their eyes and let things be.
