Eyes

I have a one year old brahma hen who's eyes look odd. After looking at pics of her I see that they have been this way for about 6 months (maybe more). She looks as tho she may be starting to molt as well. She's eating, drinking, and acting normal. It's just her eyes that look odd. I thought of mareks but seeing that it's looked like this a while I don't think it is. Any ideas? My flock seem healthy and they don't no eye issues. Pics of her last Christmas, then her with my son about 6 months ago, then now.

I do think that could be the ocular form of Mareks. They can have just that type and no other symptoms sometimes.

So would I have to cull her or is it safe to have her?
