7 out of 10 eggs have pipped...but two of them have pipped on the part of the egg facing the bottom of the incubator. Is this OK? Should I try to turn them?

If by "the bottom facing the bottom of the incubator" you mean "not into the aircell", then no that's not ok.

If, however, you mean "I put the egg in aircell down and they are pipping into it", I have to wonder where your egg is located. If it's laying flat; then, I'm having to guess that the aircell is curving around toward the bottom of the incubator - just keep an eye on the little fella and be sure he stays heading into the aircell.

It's pipping on the side where the aircell is located, it's just facing down...away from me when I look down at it. The other pips are all facing straight up.

It is laying on its side...but the pip is facing the ground, not straight up like the others seem to be. But I see what you're saying: the aircell is located more on that side of the egg I suppose.

As long as it is going toward the aircell, it should be fine. I'd just keep a close eye on it. You can move eggs at this stage of incubation, though many don't recommend it. If it would make you feel better, and if they egg will stay where you place it, you can roll it so that the aircell is facing upward, not downward. Just do it slowly.
