Hi
I guess even though my rooster tops hen who is born and broughtup in farm but the topping is not successfull becoz she takes rooster and walks and he tries to touch his parts to her but fails.she never did meeting in her life in farm. She was just an egg laying white leghorn and was never top by rooster ie never did sex. How to be sure that he is doing right job?.

You will have to look at the eggs to tell if they are fertile or not. Your rooster may not be able to mate with her if she is larger, even though many manage.

Break an egg and look for the bulls eye development which indicates fertility. Type 'bulls eye fertility' in the search bar and do an on site search for pictures.

Actually my rooster is able to touch back point of domestic chicken with his back point but this is not happening with this chicken grown in farm.so i doubt she dont no how to do sex.

All of them know how to mate. Are they touching butts? That is not how it works. The rooster will "dance" for the hen, then approach her and climb on top of her, grabbing her neck with his beak. For about 1-5 seconds.
She knows how to mate. It's the rooster that controls it, but it is instictual. She is new and hasn't fit in quite yet.

Yes it may take time but how long is a question.
