Failure to thrive

Hi guys,

i have 2 chicks that’s are failing to thrive.
One is in the brooder it’s sleepy, will walk around with its eyes closed, it’s breathing heavier then my healthy chicks, chirps a lot and loud when it’s awake, won’t eat (I can dip it’s beak and it will drink).
Another one is still in the incubator. It just won’t dry. Isn’t very alert, it keeps curling back up into a ball. It does move around a bit and chirp occasionally. It’s got a curled foot I think I could correct easily. This one will look up at me eyes open when I touch it it does go back to sleep quickly. Seems weak. Had pipped sideways took 2 days to finally zip and hatch and still has a tiny bit of yolk being absorbed but it hatched with a lot of blood not attached to it just around it.
Both hatched yesterday morning.

Anything you guys can suggest to try and give these 2 a little boost. Hubby is prepared to cull them. Should we give them a couple more days? No one seems to have any infections. Eggs came from my own healthy flock so I’m thinking defective and not so much illness.

Thanks in advance guys.
